Testimony- Pastor Tinu George

It was on March 27th myself, my wife and our son, We were flying out to Bahrain for a church convention. As our son was quite young, my mother accompanied us in our journey to Nedumpasery Airport (Cochin). My Mother, Brother in law and our Driver Started the journey back home as soon as we finished our airport formalities.

Soon as our flight prepared for it’s take off my phone started to ring. Surprised I answered the phone to hear my Brother in Law crying loudly. Overcoming the tears he said that our car in which we had previously travelled to the airport met with an accident. He explained that the car had collided with an oncoming truck near Alapuzha. He said that he had managed to get out of the wreckage and blood was pouring out from his head. But my mother still remained trapped in the car and was unresponsive.

Following the accident one auto rickshaw driver arrived at the scene like a good Samaritan. He took around 45 minutes to release my mother from the wreckage of the car.
My mother was taken to Alapuzha medical college hospital. After some preliminary treatment she was quickly transferred to the ICU of Kottiyam Holy cross hospital. After the initial checkups the doctor said her condition was critical. My mother had developed a brain hemerage and she had multiple fractured jaws and a clot in the throat.

My mother was closely monitored in the intensive care for nearly 2 weeks, as the doctors contemplated on her recovery. Doctors said they don’t have too much hope on her survival.
Even though I had this heavy pain about my mother in my heart, I preached in Bahrain convention and gained more people for his kingdom.

I knew one thing that, "The things which are impossible with men are possible with God." (Luke 18:27). Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever." (Hebrews 13:8). The Lord which I serve , he is Mighty and his Name is El-shaddai. Everything is possible with God. Miraculously by the grace of God my mother came out of this serious condition and today she is back home with us fit and well. My brother in Law and our driver they were very much safe in God’s hand with some minor injuries.

Today when I recall the events of that faithful night I cannot stop thanking God for the deliverance he had given to my mother on that night.

'Praise the Lord’
